Ordered a sofa bed, and delivery was promised within a week when I contacted them to check. I could see that they tried hard to make this happen, delivery isn’t always the easiest thing to arrange, but I appreciated the efforts they went to and the way they kept in touch when I chased for progress. Feels like a business that aims to please.
