Delivery Options
Certain oversized or overweight products, such as some solid marble items, and very large or especially fragile items, are excluded from our free delivery offer. These items require specialized delivery services, which will incur additional charges.
Certain products necessitate customer assembly for safe transportation. However, we provide a Professional Assembly service upon request. This service entails delivery on a specified day, installation in a designated room, assembly, and removal of packaging materials. We offer the option to hold orders free for up to a maximum of 60 days.
For your convenience, you may opt to collect your order from our London warehouse (N17 9DU). Pickup is available during working hours, Monday to Friday. If you choose the Pickup option, kindly contact us beforehand for notification when your item is ready for collection.
For very large items ordered for Pickup, we may request that you specify a collection time or arrange for pickup from our nearby warehouse.
Customized goods or made-to order goods are generally non-returnable and non-cancellable. For any other new and unused items that you wish to return, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
